As your roof reaches a certain age, it can cause leaks that may not be visible from the interior of the home. The leak can soak into plywood and/or insulation unbeknownst to the homeowner.

I highly recommend a roof inspection as your roof reaches a certain age. 3-Tab roof shingles usually have a 12-to-15-year life span depending on the climate etc. Architectural shingles usually have a lifespan of around 15 to 20 years. Contact us if you are in need of a roof replacement!

There are two options for roof replacement:

We offer retail roof replacement which is a non-insurance claim, and the homeowner would be billed for the full amount of the roof install. I will provide certain discounts on retail roof jobs. 

We also offer free hail and/or wind damage assessments for potential claims to have the roof replaced through your insurance company. We offer free material upgrades for most insurance claims.
